Elden, 330 Big <br />Island, requests after the fact variances to <br />permit replacement of a deck constituting <br />hardcover and structure within 75 ' of the <br />lakeshore . <br />3 . #01 -2691 J . Eric and Christine <br />Menge, 340 Turnham Road, requests <br />variances to permit an addition of a 2 1/2 stall <br />garage to the exist ing residence 12 .27' from <br />the north property line where 50' is required <br />and within the 100' front yard setback. <br />4 . #01 -2692 ABC Supply Company, Inc ., <br />2765 Wayzata Bouelvard, requests a <br />conditional use permit to permit outdoor <br />storage for palletized stacking of roofing <br />shingles and review of a comphrehensive <br />landscaping plan . <br />· 5. #01 -2693 David and Maryann <br />Maiser, 2700 Shadywood Road , request <br />variances to permit replacement of a deck on <br />the lakeside of the residence and to permit an <br />addition to the existing residence . <br />6. #01 -2694 Baywind Christian Church, <br />2477 Shadywood Road , requests a <br />conditional use permit use of a portion of the <br />existing 9,680 s.f. building to be occupied for <br />a "church" use in the B-4 distr ict. <br />7. #01 -2695 Thomas Frederick Adams, <br />500 Orchard Park Road, requests a lot <br />area variance to permit redevelopment of a <br />property less than the 5 acre minimum lot <br />size for properties in the RR-1 A district. <br />8. #01 -2697 Gary Hansen, on behall of <br />Larry and Sharon Gehl, 1825 Concordia <br />Street , requests a variance to permit a <br />garage addition to the existing house 8' from <br />the side property line adjacent to a platted, <br />undeveloped right-of-way where a 15' <br />setback is required . <br />All persons wishing to be heard are <br />encouraged to attend this meeting .
