Eiden, 330 Big Island, requests after the fact variances to permit <br />replacement of a deck constituting hardcover and structure within 75' of the <br />lakeshore. <br />J. Eric and Christine Menge, 340 Turnham Road, requests variances to <br />permit an addition of a 2 ½ stall garage to the existing residence 12.27' from <br />the north property line where 50' is required and vvithin the 100' front yard <br />setback. <br />ABC Supply Company, Inc., 2765 Wayzata Boulevard, requests a <br />conditional use permit to permit outdoor storage for palletized stacking of <br />roofing shingles and review of a comprehensive landscaping plan. <br />David and Maryann Maiser, 2700 Shadywood Road, request variances to <br />permit replacement of a deck on the lakeside of the residence and to permit <br />an addition to the existing residence. <br />Baywind Christian Church, 2477 Shadywood Road, requests a conditional <br />use permit use of a portion of the existing 9,680 s.f. building to be occupied <br />for a "church" use in the B-4 district. <br />Thomas Frederick Adams, 500 Orchard Park Road, requests a lot area <br />variance to permit redevelopment of a property less than the 5 acre minimum <br />lot size for properties in the RR-1 A district. <br />Gary Hansen, on behalf of Larry and Sharon Gehl, 1825 Concordia Street. <br />requests a variance to permit a garage addition to the existing house 8' from <br />the side property line adjacent to a platted, undeveloped right-of-\vay where <br />a 15' setback is required.
