How do you prefer this is done: <br />Within the resolution by stating that the right of way [legal description of right of way to be <br />vacated] is vacated retaining a utility easement over [legal description of easement] <br />or <br />By the presumed owner of the right of way granting the City a utility easement by a <br />separate document. <br />Thanks <br />Evelyn <br />1
