White noted that Mr. Hanson owns th at piece ofland legally and that he would recommend <br />the neighbors work together to see if they can arrive at a solution. White stated in his mind there is not a <br />compelling reason for the neighbors to retain that access. White recommended the application be tabled <br />to the January lih City Council meeting. <br />Bremer moved, McMillan seconded, to table Application #09 -3433, Richard Hanson, 340 Big <br />Island, to the January 11, 2010 , City Council meeting. They requested <br />an easement within the City right-of-ay in order to locate an nber of their geothermal wells. Staff has <br />considered the request, but witho a formal plan in place for the oject on Forest Lake Landing, Staff <br />was not comfortabl e giving up ea within the r ight-of-way.
