The plan is dated 8-27 -09. We have the following comments with regards to <br />engineering matters: <br />• Notify all private utility companies to determine if util ities such as electric, gas, cable, or <br />phone exist with the right-of-way. <br />• Verify that Massasoit Avenue has been vacated adjacent to Meta Comet Avenue .
