Lambert' <br />Subject: Recording info for Resolution Vacating Meta-Comet Avenue <br />This is the report from Jean Olson at the City Attorney's office: <br />Since I have been waiting just for Resolution No. 5900 to be returned, I called Hennepin County to <br />check on the status. <br />Apparently this Resolution was recorded on April 21, 2010 as document number A9503896 and <br />Resolution 8900 was recorded on April 21, 2010 as document number A9504083. <br />Hennepin County had the original in some pile and didn't know where to send it. <br />5900 is the vacation. I think she means 5899 instead of 8900. That was the lot area variance. <br />We will send you copies of the recorded documents as soon as we recieve them from Jean. <br />Evelyn Turner <br />1
