Hanson, I am submitting an Application for Vacation <br />of a portion of Meta Comet A venue, Big Island. Accordingly please find the following: <br />1. City of Orono Pre-Application Meeting Form; <br />2. Conditional Use Permit and Other Land Use Application with the following <br />attachments: <br />a. Addendum describing request; <br />b. Certified Property Owners List, labels and plat map from <br />Hennepin County; <br />c. Proposed Vacated Meta Comet A venue Description and Exhibit; <br />d. Three surveys of the Applicant's property and one copy for reproduction; <br />and <br />e. Three surveys of the land to be vacated and one copy for reproduction. <br />3. A check payable to the City of Orono in the amount of $700. <br />Please let me know immediately if there is anything that we have not included.
