Ahern in regard to <br />the City's classification of the above-mentioned lots. <br />With regard to Record Lot No. 15, Mr. Ahern, through his attorney, Herbert P. <br />Lefler III, informed the City in his letter of November 22, 1982, that Mr. <br />Ahern was no longer the owner of the six pa.reels which the City has <br />purportedly combined under Ordinance No. 246 as if these pa.reels were-still <br />owned by Mr. Ahern. Please note that all six of the parcels combined in <br />Record Lot No. 15 were conveyed to the following persons and appropriate <br />instruments of conveyance recorded with the Hennepin County Recorder's <br />office, on November 19, 1982: <br />Grantee <br />Joe H.
