Yaeger to acquire Lot 65 for legal combination with Lot 64, such combination <br />to be henceforth designated as Record Lot # 15. <br />2. Farnes/Bruntjen to legally combine Lots 8-9-10-11 with Bruntjen's Record Lot <br /># 16 (Record Lots 63 and 69 were also proposed to be combined with Record <br />Lot 16, which was well-received and which would be furthering the City's low- <br />density goals for Big Island) <br />3. Yaeger to relocate cabin within 6 months, to a conforming location within Lots <br />64-65, and provide it with a conforming foundation. <br />4. No plumbing allowed in cabin until a conforming septic system is provided. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Council Monday, June 22, 1998; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />A copy of the Planning Commission information packet is enclosed with the Bruntjen/Fames <br />copies of this notice.
