ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR JUNE 22, 1998 <br />(#12) 2361 William and La Wayne Yaeger, 310 Big Island-continued <br />\Villiam Yaeger, Applicant, stated Lot 65 h~ not been acquired· as of yet, but will be purchased upon <br />approval of application. <br />Gaffron noted no resolution has been prepared for this application, citing a desire to get City <br />Council approval on this concept before proceeding further. <br />Kelley noted he is in favor of this proposal. Flint stated he also is in agreement with the proposal <br />and suggested conceptual approval be given. <br />Flint moved, Kelley seconded to conceptually approve Application 2361 as recommended by <br />the Planning Commission, with the redesignation of Lots 64 and 65 to Record Lot 15, and <br />directed City Staff to prepare a resolution for review at the next City Council meeting. VOTE: <br />Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />Gaffron stated the other issues could be dealt with in the future. <br />. . . . <br />Tom Radio, City Attorney, noted the conceptual motion is ~on-binding on the Coun~il and <br />the City Council is permitted to make changes in the future. <br />Yaeger stated he understands the motion. <br />(#13) KELLY COVE JOINT USE DOCK LICENSE -REVISION <br />The Applicant was not present. <br />Kelley moved, Goetten seconded to table the matter. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />.. - <br />(#14) SCHEDULE WORK SESSION -HOME OCCUPATION ZONING ORDINANCE <br />Van Zomere:ri inquired whether the City Council wished to discuss this matter now or wait · <br />until the work session. <br />It was the consensus of the City Council to discuss this matter at the work session. <br />Moorse stated a workshop has been scheduled for June 29th at 5 :30 p.m. <br />14
