CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 410 9 <br />Granting this variance shall not vest any rights in the property other than as <br />specifically provided in Municipal Code Section 10.31 and shall not preclude a <br />future City Council from amending, modifying or otherwise limiting development <br />rights and/or performance standards in the RS District. <br />4. Applicant shall within 6 months of the date of this Resolution, relocate the cabin <br />on Record L ot 15 to a conforming lo cation and prov ide it \.V ith a conforming <br />foundation. <br />5. This Resolution shall not vest any rights with regard to Lots 8-9-10-11, which <br />shall remain in their cunent status as unbuildable individual tax parcels until such <br />time that they are legally combined with an adjacent existing Record Lot. <br />6. Authorities granted by this variance nm with the property not with the applicant, <br />but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building . <br />permit within one year of the date ·of Council approval, or this variance will <br />expire on that date (July 13, 1999). <br />7. Violation o f or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a <br />misdemeanor. <br />8.
