1. No variance was granted to permit 220 Big Island to be a legal, record lot. The opportunity <br />to apply to the City for a "free" automatic variance has expired. <br />2. One property to the north exists without lake access. The lot has been in use for many years. <br />3. The main concern for inland property owners is boat storage since they do not have riparian <br />rights.
