WFiEF;EAS, pursuan�. Lo Resolutions #1401 and #1402, owners of <br /> hazardous� buildings were ordered to have said buildings removed, or <br /> the City of Orono would make a motion for summary enforcement of the <br /> order througn Hennepin County District Court, and that all necessary <br /> costs expended by the City would be assessed against the real estate <br /> concerned; and � <br /> WHEREAS, the hazardous buildings were removed by the owners <br /> only .after being condemned and the City did expend monies in the total <br /> amount of $1, 863 . 53 in obtaining said condemnation; and <br /> • WHEREAS, pursuant to Court Orders No. 797487 and No. 797173 <br /> dated March 24 , 1983 , the City of Orono may assess for certain expenses <br /> incurred in its efforts to obtain an order to remove the hazardous � <br /> buildings; and . <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has prepared a proposed , � <br /> assessment roll based on said costs awarded by the Court, which <br /> proposed assessment is filed in his office for public inspection. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono, Minnesota: - <br /> l. The amount of such Court awards to be specifically <br /> assessed as follows: <br /> a) Property located at 4100 North Shore Drive and <br /> legally described as Lot 70 , Highwood, Lake Minnetonka, <br /> _ according to the plat on file and of� record in the office <br /> of the Registrar of Titles of Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> to be assessed $1,040 . 50 . <br /> b) Property located at 300 Tonka Avenue and legally <br /> described as Lots 17 and 18 , Block 5, Bayside Addition <br /> to Lake Minnetonka, according to the plat on file and <br /> of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota to be assessed $�28 .03, <br /> � <br /> r <br />
