Authorities granted by this preliminary plat approval shall be <br /> valid for one year from the date of adoption of this resolution <br /> within which time all agreements, easements , deeds, documents <br /> and plats must be prepared and submitted for final City Council <br /> approval , or this approval shall expire at that time . <br /> . 3. It is understood by the City that the on-going Torrens Title <br /> �proceeding will not be pursued until this plat and all deeds <br /> referrenced herein are properly . recorded , and that the <br /> applicantswillthereaftercontinuewith� said Torrens proceeding <br /> . in such manner as necessary to result in the City being declared <br /> • fee owner of the lakeshore outlots A & B, subject only to the <br /> , easements provided herein. ' <br /> • 4. Authorities and approvals granted by this resolution will not <br /> become effective unless and until the applicants agree to the <br /> conditions contained herein, and execute their approval by <br /> signing this resolution in Section D below. <br /> 5. Because of the complexity of all the transactions contemplated � <br /> herein it is impossible for the'City and the applicants to forsee <br /> all of the additional details which may have to be included in <br /> final action and resolutions approving �these applications in <br /> order to effectuate the intents and purposes as setforth in this <br /> resolution.
