„�c� �,�.•�• ` • d Clt� o� ORONO . i RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL .. : NO. 1478 • A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF � - � � { SOUTHVIEW ESTATES �... � HEREAS , the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City. of Orono has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, econcmic and safe development of land within the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council '�ias considered the application for a subdivision plat by Raymond J.;•Kloss, the subdivider; and WHEREAS, the subdivider. has been found to meet all the standards of the LR-1C Zoning District finding that each newly created lot is of a size and conf iguration that will allow its use as a single family residence to be located without the need of any variances; and WHEREAS, the 'subdivision has coinpleted all requirements of the platting regulations of the City, . incl�uding: • 1 . Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. � 2 . Dedication on the plat of right of way for a public road shown as Northern Avenue. � 3 . Payment to the City- of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $880 . 00 . 4 . Payment to the City for the legal review and recording of the plat and all documents related thereto in the amount of $75 . 00 . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Southview Estates, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: 1 . At the time a building permit is issued for Lots 2 and 3 , Block l , Southview Estates the following fees must be paid: Lot 2 , Block 1 = $290 . 00 , 1/2 water unit Lot 3, Block 1 = $290 .00 , 1/2 water unit � 2 . Access to Lots 2 and 3 , Block l, Southview Estates must be from Northern Avenue . � 3 . The aforesaid plat sha11 be f iled by the City of Orono with the � Hennepin County Recorder' s Office on or before October 25 , 1983. �
