4. The proposed 8'xl2' lakeshore patio is specifically not <br />approved, and may not be constructed. <br />5. Construction of the walls and stairway shall conform to the <br />plans as approved by the City, and the applicant shall obtain a <br />building permit for the stairway prior to construction. <br />6. A Certificate of Survey shall be submitted upon completion of <br />the improvements, and must verify that the location of such <br />improvements is within the property boundaries. <br />7. Authorities granted by this resolution run wi..ii the property <br />not with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be <br />exercised by application ijr a building permit within one year of <br />the date of Council approval, or the special coditions of this <br />resolution will expire on that date (September 22, 1987). <br />8. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeano-. <br />9. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby <br />agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of himself, <br />his heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording <br />of this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 22nd day of <br />September, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
