AGREEMENT <br />W14EREAS Westonka-Orono Sports Center Association, Inc., has <br />this day executed leases for the summer months to th? <br />Westonka-Orono Sports Center in Mound, Minnesota, to <br />Independent School District No. 277 and Independent School <br />District No. 279, and <br />WHEREAS said organizations have also this day executed leases <br />of certain hours of ice time during the winter months in said <br />Spots Center, and <br />WHEREAS the parties hereto wish to specify certain matters not <br />set forth in said leases, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between <br />kk stonka-Orono Sports Center Association, Inc., Independent <br />School District. No. 277, and Independent School District No. <br />.:'B as follows: <br />I. During the, winter season which is defined as OctOJK 1, <br />1986 , through March 31. 1987 . the following provisions will <br />apply: <br />a. Lessor will operate concessions and receive all <br />incr,me therefrom. <br />b. Lessees shall receive all gate receipts. <br />C. Lessor shall pay all building expenses including <br />utilit..es. <br />d. Lesisgr will provide janitorial services. a zamboni <br />operator, scoreboard ope-ators, ticket takers and <br />ticket sellers. <br />e. Lessee will supply game tickets, a trainer, <br />referees and scorekeeper. <br />f. Selection of all employees 04 lessors on duty at <br />games shall be the respon sihility of the Westonka/Orono <br />• Sports Center Association. Inc. except the srhool <br />districts shall ap;,rove the selection of the scorebuard <br />operato►. <br />
