4 <br />INTEROFFICE MEMO <br />DATE: September 12, 1986 <br />TO: City Administrator Mark Bernhardson, City Council <br />FROM: Police Chief Melvin Kilbo <br />SUK.]CT: Trapping Permit <br />Attached is a trapping permit application applies for <br />by Mr. Douglas M. Head, 2090 Shoreline Drive. <br />Ordinance requirements have been met in regard to the <br />attached application, in that letters have been sent <br />out to all bordering property owners. As of this date, <br />we have received no replies, negative or positive on <br />the issue. Mr. and Mrs. Head have agreed to supply <br />us the name of the trapper as soon as they have received <br />the permit. The DNR has given their approval for <br />this trapping. <br />I do recommend issuance of this permit. <br />
