The appropriate <br />conditions from that same resolution have been restated in the <br />resolution granting final approval, specifically condition (1). <br />Staff recommends final approval of the plat, Beth and Bridget, <br />subject to the findings and conditions set forth in the enclosed <br />resolution. <br />
