Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinator <br />Date: September 18, 1986 <br />Subject: Baldur Park Road - Shoreline Erosion <br />At the Council meeting of August 11, 1986, information was <br />presented to Council regarding participation of costs for <br />shoreline erosion. <br />The Council approved staff recommendation not to participate <br />in the costs. <br />I tried to contact the applicant prior to the August llth <br />meeting but was not able to do so. Theref ire, she was not <br />present at the meeting. <br />The applicant was informed of the Council action and wishes <br />to address the Council on this matter at the September 22nd <br />meeting. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />Recommend Council review the matter with the requester present, <br />but recommend no participation in costs. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by ___, seconded by to accept staff <br />recommendation not to participate in the funding of the rip <br />rapping of this property.
