�Y..: <br /> f, � Clt� o� ORONO <br /> � �` ��-.^�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> .., *,,,... <br /> NO. 1465 <br /> • a;'��! ��: ' <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br /> � � � REQUEST OF JENSEN HOM�ES, INC. <br /> TO APPLY FOR A BUILDING PERMIT <br /> PRIOR TO FINAL SUBDIVISION APPROVAL <br /> ' Whereas , the Planning,Commission and Council have reviewed <br /> and approved a preliminary subdivision for Bruce B. Dayton on March 14 , <br /> 1983; and <br /> Whereas , the approved subdivision will not require <br /> variances to the Orono Zoning Code; and <br /> � Whereas, James M. Jensen, President of Jensen Homes , Inc. <br /> � and Ned Dayton, authorized agent for the subdivider , Bruce B. Dayton, <br /> have asked Council to approve a buildirig permit for Lot 3 prior to final <br /> subdivision approval . <br /> � <br /> � Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved , that the City Council hereby <br /> approves the request of Jensen Homes, Inc. to apply for a building <br /> permit prior to final subdivision approval subject to the following <br /> r conditions: <br /> ; <br /> � 1 . Applicant must submit the following information prior <br /> : to the issuance of building permit: <br /> ! • <br /> � a) survey designating location and setback of principal � <br /> i dwelling , driveway, primary and alternate septic sites <br /> � <br /> b) complete septic testing and design as required in the <br /> Orono On Site Septic Code <br /> � <br /> 2. All construction shall be subject to the requirements <br /> of the State Building Code. ' <br /> 3 .
