82986.E <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />DATE: August 29, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: Crystal Bay Sewer Project Final Inspection - 10:00 a.m., <br />September 17, 1986, Orono City Council Chambers <br />Just a reminder of the up coming inspection. It is anticipated <br />that all the work will be completed on the punch list that was <br />submitted to the contractor will have also been reviewed and <br />completed. There are only two areas that have not been completed <br />as part of the project; one is t e landscaping at Tonka <br />Transmission together with the p 1_ing up adjacent to the <br />Jentilucci property. <br />Staff has on several occasions attempted to contact A.R.I., but <br />has received no response. This week the City has sent a letter <br />requesting a response as to their status and whether they desire <br />to be the completing parties on the two items mentioned above. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, to j,;knowledge the <br />m inspection date and the ites that are anticipal be done at <br />that time.
