Applicant must confirm for City WSI's commitment to provide <br />sprinkling for the main building either within the next fiscal <br />year of operation or a phased installation schedule for <br />sprinkling of main building for final completion within the 1988 <br />fiscal year - all subject to Council's recommendation and <br />resolve. <br />
