August 23, 1986 <br />Q L @�U <br />Re: Subdivision Peterman Farm AUG 2 <br />To: Council members and Staff �19�r <br />Dear Orono Representatives, <br />After receiving the recommendations of the council, we would like <br />to offer one final solution to this subdivision. The Buyers of Lot #2 <br />and ourselves have gotten together and decided. -to combine one road along <br />the east line of Lot #2 and #3 for a common drive. This will assure each <br />of us of west facing homes with walk -outs to the rear. It will close <br />off the 50' corridor north of Lot #1. -It will protect each owner from <br />being forced to build a completely new road sometime in the future.
