• _ � - -� � �c�bl ; c � m weeWHiNG <br />('; u 2 5 I S <br />We, the undersigned, reside adjacent on Town Line Road hereby petition the <br />appropriate governmental officials to impose load restrictions and reduce speed <br />limits on Town Line Road. <br />In recent months the use of the road by heavy construction trucks on a daily <br />basis, often as early as 5:00 a.m., has caused excessive noise and dust, seriously <br />interferring with our rights to quietl- njoy our property. In addition, the intense <br />use of the road beyond its designed limits is causing excessive wear and tear on the <br />road. This results in our having to use a sub -standard road to get to and from our <br />properties.
