Z/ <br />�J <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administratok, <br />DATE: August 20, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: Park Commission Chair Resignation - Barb Peterson <br />On August 18, 1986, Barb Peterson verbally indicated to the City <br />staff that she would like to resign her position as Chair of the <br />Park Commission, however would like to remain a member. The Park <br />Commission did have a meeting Tuesday night, August 19, 1986, <br />and staff indicated that Barb Peterson had resigned and asked <br />them to determine interest among the group as to who would be <br />interested in the position. It is anticipated that we will bring <br />this issue back to your September 22, 1986 Council meeting. <br />The other members of the Park Commission are: <br />Terry Morse <br />Lee Erger <br />Lester Kelley <br />Mariann Kienzler <br />Philip Bradley <br />Robert M. Kost <br />Virginia Sweatt <br />PROPOSED MOTION: Moved by , seconded by , to accept the <br />resignation of Barb Peterson as Chair of the Park Commission <br />thanking her for her three years of service as the Park <br />Commission Chair -nd instructing staff to bring back names of <br />interested indiv. gals for the S(--ptemb(r 22, 1986 meeting for <br />Council consideration. <br />
