The east lot line of this property coincides with the center line <br />of vacated Cherry Place and is considered the rear lot line. on this <br />property, a special rear lot line setback of 50' is hereby established <br />for the principal structure in order to maintain a setback consistent <br />with the existing Lghboring residences. <br />5. The applicant _ ,dvised that no accessory structures are allowed <br />between the principal residence structure and the front lot line (west <br />lot line along County Road 151) and that any proposal to construct <br />such accessory structures in that portion would require a variance. <br />6. Authorities granted by th '.s ariance run with the property not <br />with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be exercised by <br />application for a building permit within one year of the date of <br />Council approval, or thin variance will expire on that date (August <br />11, 1987). <br />7.
