Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Attention: Mike Gaffron <br />Dear Mr. Gaffron: <br />�d[IadIff <br />JUL 8 IN <br />i <br />This letter is in response to your request for a written <br />statement concerning the intended use of the residential <br />property located at 115 Luce Line Ridge. <br />As you know, my husband, James Ericson, and I, have <br />purchased the property located at 115 Luce Line Ridge and <br />are in the process of building a large two story home <br />on the premises. The general contractor is Paul lialentiny, <br />and he has applied for a building permit and been granted <br />a conditional use permit to begin construction. <br />My husband and I. along with our two children and my mother, <br />plan to occupy the home under construction as a one family <br />dwelling. My mother has resided with us since August 1985 <br />when she moved to Minnesota from New Jersey, and in April <br />1986 we purchased the property in question specifically to <br />build a larger home to accommodate our growing family. <br />I understand you have in your possession a copy of the <br />proposed building plans. You can see that the floor plan <br />is that of a traditional two story home with a finished <br />walkout level. The walkout level incorporates a fifth bed- <br />room and bathroom, a small kitchen and recreation room. <br />The second kitchen will be used by both my mother and myself <br />for many purposes, for example, canning, entertainment, <br />etc. We have als included direct access from the garage <br />to the lower level to avoid having to enter the main level <br />of the home to access the walkout level. <br />In sum, we intend to build a single family home and occupy <br />the home as a single family with accommodations for my <br />
