Box 666 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />ATTN: Jean Mabusth <br />Re: Plentywood Farm <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth: <br />Enclosed please find the documents requested in your Zoning File No. 841, Notice of <br />Council Action, dated August 29, 1984. <br />The delay in submitting this request for final approval of the subdivision notice results <br />from the more than one year wait encountered after requesting the Minnesota Dept. <br />of Natural Resources permit. Although the permit was applied for in a timely <br />manner, the Dept. of Natural Resources dela>•,1 in reviewing the property and issuing <br />the permit. <br />In addition, we request that the private road (Outlots B & C) in Huntington Farm be <br />known as Huntington Farm Road. It is my understanding that this is not a part of <br />the request for approval of the plat, but is a separate proceeding. We wish to have <br />a sign other than the usual Orono street sign. Please notify us regarding the <br />appropriate department for approval of that sign. <br />Two versions of the Declarations of Covenants, etc., have been submitted. They are <br />identical except for the names of Declarants.
