MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD JULY 21, 1986 <br />#1058 PROPOSED COMPRBNRNSIVB PLAN AMENDMENT continued <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Taylor, seconded by Goetten, to <br />recommend amending the Municipal Comprehensive Plan <br />redesignating the M.U.S.A. - M.S.S.R. boundaries to <br />include properties already sewered or approved for sewer <br />per staff recommendation subject to staff assurance of <br />the correct legal description. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 2. <br />Kelley and Callahan voted nay due to the Hwy. 12 <br />Corridor Study Moratorium. <br />11057 PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT TO ALLOW DUPLEX UNITS <br />WITHIN PRO DEVELOPMENT UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS <br />PUBLIC HEARING 11:42 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication was noted. <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Bellows, to table <br />this matter until the August 18, 1986 Planning <br />Commission meeting.
