8486.2 �7 <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />PROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator = <br />DATE: August 4, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: Patrol Officer Hiring - Mark Moran <br />At the July 14, 1986 the Council directed the Administrator to <br />undertake the hiring of Mark Moran as a patrol officer if <br />appropriate. This is to indicate that Mr. Moran has been hired <br />effective August 14, 1986. Moran has passed all the appropriate <br />screen applications and will be starting at the one year contract <br />rate. Mr. Moran will be entering into the Orono field training <br />office training program as done by all new officers regardless of <br />previous experience. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by _, to confirm the <br />appointment of Mark Moran at the one year salary level with <br />review at the six month mark commencing August 14, 1986. _s <br />Nays <br />
