2. Applicants must provide 25 feet wide outlots for future <br />road development on the plat as follows: <br />a) 25 feet wide outlot along northern property line of <br />Lot 2. <br />b) 25 feet wide outlot along western property line of <br />Lots 2 and 3 extending from Watertown Road right-of-way <br />to the northeast corner of Lot 1. <br />3. Applicants are hereby advised that if it is their intent <br />to subdivide in the future that care be taken in selecting <br />home sites so that variances are not required to the RR-lB <br />Zoning Standards as a future City Council may not approve <br />variances to lot standards with a subdivision. The RR-lB <br />Zoning Standards are as follows: <br />Front/Street Setback = 50' <br />Rear Setback = 50' <br />Side Setback = 30' <br />Area = 2 Acres Dry Contiguous land <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to <br />the Zoning Adminis`rator two weeks prior to the regularly sche- <br />duled Council meeting on the second and fourth Monday of the <br />month: <br />Final Plat Submittals <br />1. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and <br />one (1) cop; reduced to I" = 200'. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey <br />b) Dedication of right-of-way for Old Crystal Bay and <br />Watertown Roads. <br />c) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide <br />along all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of <br />internal property lines. <br />d) Designate 25 feet wid outlot along the northern property <br />line of Lot 2 and the western property lines of Lots 2 & 3 <br />from Watertown Road right-of-way to southeast c:(�rner of Lot <br />1. <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />f <br />
