The applicant had considered formally <br />withdrawing the application because it was not deemed feasible to <br />alter the height elevation of the serpentine wall, see attached <br />letter. <br />Staff has drafted the appropriate resolution as directed by <br />Council at their June 9, 1986 meeting. <br />
