Mr. Seiter expressed his appreciation to the Board and those who spoke at the <br />Retirement Breakfast on May 30, for their kind words. <br />The Board was informed that the following people nave been appointed as head <br />cooks: <br />Janet Hayes - high school <br />Carol Pollard - middle school <br />Marlene Schultz - elementary school <br />Ron Gilbert reported to the Board on assurance of student mastery in the areas <br />of communication and mathematics. Information was provided relative to pupil <br />evaluation/identification and remediation/implementation. <br />Bill Fenholt reported on the progress of the window replacement at the middle <br />school. <br />Information was provided regarding Sencon's proposed solution to the high school <br />insulation problem. Discussion ensued regarding this project and the options <br />available to the Board in order to remedy this situation. <br />UPON MOTION by Jim Franklin, seconded by Don Anderson, Dave McKown, one other <br />Board representative and Bill Fenholt will meet with the contractor, architect, <br />and representatives of every facit involved in this project in order to reach a <br />consensus of opinion as to solutions which would solve this problem. <br />UPON MOTION by Don Anderson, seconded by Kitty Crosby, the Board adopted the <br />following revised budget summaries for 1985-86 and 1986-87: <br />
