72186.11 <br />TO: Mayor and City Council , OF <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City AdministratoA <br />DATE: July 21, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: Highway 12 Study - Wednesday, September 3, 1986 <br />Please note the above date will be the next meeting for the <br />Highway 12 Study, at which time Shardlow will be bringing forward <br />alternate sketches and designs together with a determination as <br />it relates to sewer unit densities. <br />Additionally since the most recent work maybe outside the scope <br />of the contract I will be working with Mr. Shardlow in the next <br />few weeks to negotiate and amendment to the contract if <br />appropriate. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by __, to accept the date <br />of September 3, 1986 as the next meeting date for the planning <br />study and that the City Administrator be directed to negotiate <br />appropriate contract revision for the Highway 12 Study with Mr. <br />Shardlow.
