Our examination was made in accordance with <br />generally accepted auditinn standards and the standards for financial and <br />compliance audits containk in the Standards for Audit of Governmental <br />Organizations, Programs, Activities, and Functions, issued by the U.S. General <br />Accounting Office, and accordingly, included such tests of the accounting <br />records and such other auditinc_, procedures as we considered necessary in the <br />circumstances. <br />Our examination was made 1cr the purpose of forming an opinion on the General <br />Purpose Financial Statemerit.i taken as a whole. The accompanying Schedules of <br />Federal Financial Assistance as listed in the index are presented for purposes <br />of additional analysis and are not a required part of the general purpose finan- <br />cial statements.
