� _d <br /> C�t� o� ORONO . <br /> � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL . <br /> � NO. 1448 <br /> • <br /> • • • • <br /> ' RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING AN ORDINANCE <br /> SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION <br /> RS-SEASONAL RECREATIONAL ZONING DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono City Council on December 30 , 1982 <br /> has adopted Ordinance No. 246 , "An Ordinance Amending the <br /> Municipal Code of Orono by Changing the Zoning District <br /> Designation and Performance Standards Applied to Big Island, . <br /> Mahpiy.ataIsland and Deering Island" , and - <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono City Council has determined <br /> that publication of the title and a summary of the ordin``ance <br /> would clearly inform the public of the intent and effect <br /> of- the ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono City Council has reviewed the <br /> text of the ordinance summary attached hereto as Exhibit A <br /> • , and finds that it clearly informs the public of the ordinances ' <br /> intent and effect. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council � <br /> of the.City of Orono that the City C1erk shall publish the <br /> title of the ordinance together with the attached summary, <br /> . with notice that a printed copy of the ordinance is available <br /> for inspection by any person at the City Administrative ' <br /> Office during normal office hours, and that publication <br /> of the title and summary shall be deemed to fulfill all <br /> legal publication requirements as completely as if the entire <br /> ordinance has been published.
