She stated that all strurture3 <br />meet the code requirements. She explaino— that access <br />roads for future development should be a consideration <br />at this point. <br />Bellows questioned whether the proposed 25' strip best <br />served the purpose for future development. She felt <br />that from a planning view, this should be determin-d at <br />this point. <br />Chairman Kelley stated that in lieu of .:he potential of <br />future development of Lott 2 & 3, a 25' strip for access <br />should be up the west line. He also felt that access <br />should be addressed now in order to avoid excessive curb <br />cuts on Old Crystal Bay and Watertown Roads. <br />Taylor, Rovegno, McDonald, Goetten and Callahan stated <br />that they did not feel it was necessary to determine <br />access roads at this point. Rovegno stated that when <br />and if the lots are developed, they can be limited to <br />one access off Watertown Road at that point. <br />It was moved by Taylor, seconded by Goetten, to <br />recommend approval of the preliminary subdivision as <br />proposed subject :o staff's recommendation with the <br />exception of creation of a 25' wide outlot along the <br />northern lot line of Lot 2. Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 2. <br />Chairman Kelley and Bellows voted nay stating that a 25' <br />easement along the west line of the property should be <br />required. <br />#1C34 R.
