Staff would not recommend a <br />variance to this requirement without specific approval from the <br />Minnesota Health Department Inspector. Perhaps the entry can be <br />redesigned. <br />In making a recommendation tc the Council on this request, consider <br />the above information and consider whether there a.e demonstrated hardships <br />justifying the granting of the requested variances. <br />
