As you may recall there was <br />no sealcoating done in 1985 and those funds were escrowed to be <br />added to this years program. <br />It is my recommendation for Council to authorize the City <br />engineer to prepare plans and specifications and to advertise for <br />bide for sealcoating City streets as per the attached list. <br />To: Mayor Butler & Orono Council Members <br />From: Mark E.
