A RESOLUTION PROVIDING POI <br />THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT <br />19E5 DEVELOPER PEES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota <br />has enacted certain ordinances under the Minnesota Statutes, therefore <br />pursuant to Chapter 1, Orono City Code pertaining to payment of fees <br />and additional costs and collection, the following properties are <br />delinquent in nature; <br />1. WHEREAS, the City has obtained from Hennepin County Auditor <br />Levy Number 10223 for the delinquent developer accounts. <br />2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax lists of the <br />county and further collect said assessments thereon in the manner <br />provided by law. <br />3. That ten percent (10%) be added to the amounts due effective <br />March, 1986. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota <br />at a regular meeting held July 14, 1986. <br />Mary C.
