<br />A. SEWER OPE 1NG hNTERPRISE FUND, MWCC - This amount represents the
<br />gain resulting from the sale of the City's sewer treatment facili-
<br />ties to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission (MWCC). The
<br />remaining balances due from MWCC total $463,450 for the facilities
<br />' and $8,856 for reserve capacity charges and are included in Due
<br />From Other Governmental Units as of December 31, 1985. The total
<br />sales price of each fK):tion of the facilities will be ref-eived over
<br />thirty years with interest at 4% per annum by credits against the
<br />annual sewage handling charges of MWCC.
