Portions <br />,)f the Willow Drive overlay placed last fall was scarred and netted and found <br />to be unacceptable as further water impregnation into the mat could lead to <br />further deterioration of the surface overlay. To resolve the matter, the con- <br />tractor has agreed to seal coat Willow r,ri-c ✓ith buckshot rock (buckshot rock <br />is typically used on Orono roads L­nr seal coating). Wi','ow Drive is on the <br />schedule to be seal coated next yea; 'dit4 trap rock. <br />Change Order No. 1 is for the difference in material cost For the contractor <br />to seal coat Willow Drive with trap rock rather than buckshot rock. Suffi- <br />cient funds are available within the existing contract to absorb this change <br />order.
