City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1522 <br />1. Prior to applicant obtaining a building permit for the <br />installation of a seawall, applicant or applicant's contractor <br />must submit plans signed by a licensed engineer registered in the <br />S ate of Minnesota. <br />2. Pathw- along the edge of the seawall must be pervious to <br />water am 9e of a natural matf:rial. <br />3. No other variances are granted or permitted for this <br />application. <br />4. Violation of or nc....:ompliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of thi= r,-solut] n shall constitute a violation of the <br />Zoning Code, shall automal.ically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />5. The undersigned owner has read, understood and hereby agrees <br />to the terms of this resolution a--i on bchalf of himself, his <br />heirs, s-ccesscrs and assigns, he agrees to the recording of <br />this res..lutio, in the chain of _le of the property. <br />Adopted by the Or-.-i(.
