Portions of the plat were vacated in 1962 per a District <br />Court Order (#571104) to which the City apparently was not a <br />party, creating 3 lots of 111', 111', and 112' in width <br />respectively, (now know as 995, 997, 999 Wildhurst Trail). The <br />dedicated roadway which was vacated reverted back to the under- <br />lying property owner(s) as required by lacy. At 999 Wildhurst, <br />note from the plat map that only the east 1/2 of "Grandview <br />Place" was vacated in the action. <br />The applicant is requesting the vacation of the west 1/2 of <br />Grandview place adjacent to her property; all of the property <br />proposed to be vacated would legally revert back to the <br />applicant. <br />No properties will be denied legal or reasonable access as a <br />result of the proposed vacation. The property to the west and <br />north of the applicant s owned by Harriet Morgart, with existing <br />access further west. i Wildhurst Trail. Property north of <br />Morgarts is developed as a residence at 4455 West Branch Road. <br />
