Existing Lot Area = 0.64 Acres Portion of Street to be Vacated = 0.22 Acres List of Exhibits Exhibit A - Application Exhibit B - Plat Map Exhibit C - Property Owners List Exhibit D - Legal Descrirt�on Exhibit E - Survey Exhibit F - Copy of Air Photo Exhibit G - Plat Showing Local Ownership Exhibit H - Sewer As -Built "Mount Home Park" wzs platted northwest of Forest Lake around the turn of the century, and was registered (torrensed) in 191.4. Portions of the plat were vacated in 1962 per a District Court Order (#571104) to which the City apparently was not a party, creating 3 lots of 111', 111', and 112' in width respectively, (now know as 995, 997, 999 Wildhurst Trail). The dedicated roadway which was vacated reverted back to the under- lying property owner(s) as required by lacy. At 999 Wildhurst, note from the plat map that only the east 1/2 of "Grandview Place" was vacated in the action. The applicant is requesting the vacation of the west 1/2 of Grandview place adjacent to her property; all of the property proposed to be vacated would legally revert back to the applicant. No properties will be denied legal or reasonable access as a result of the proposed vacation. The property to the west and north of the applicant s owned by Harriet Morgart, with existing access further west. i Wildhurst Trail. Property north of Morgarts is developed as a residence at 4455 West Branch Road.
