Please review the staff memo and <br />exhibits of June 12, 1986. Planning Commission at their June 16,1986 <br />meeting recommended approval of the Vacation subject to granting of a <br />drainage and utilities easement. Staff has reviewed the site and <br />recommends that a utilities and access easement be required over only <br />the easterly 10' of the property being vacated, and that no drainage <br />easement is necessary. <br />A resolution for approval is attached. <br />
