The applicant purchased the property on November 15, 1979 <br />from James E. Stoddart and Adell G. Stoddart. <br />B. The property (part of Lot 27 and Lot 28 ) was created in 1903 <br />as part of the Shadywood Plat consisting of a total of 41 lots. <br />33 defined residential units exist today of the original 41 lots. <br />9.
