Potential uses include: <br />- sale to adjacent property owner for use as yard area <br />- picnicking <br />- garden <br />- boat launch without a doc:. (private) <br />;'07E that 1) a dock cannot be placed on the property because <br />docks area a :ssory structures; and 2) no accessory <br />structures ar•.--lowed on the property. <br />UPDATE MRMO JUNK 18, 1986: <br />Thc: -kpplicants, Meline and Belden, and the former propert; <br />owne--, .'�e LaBresh°s, were notified by mail of your tabling <br />actio- at the May 27th meeting in order to allow them to be <br />present when you take final action. A phone message was also <br />le_} on the Meline/Belden -'lone answering device, but no response <br />from any of the parties a::. of this writing. <br />Staff would recommend adoption of the attached resolution of <br />denial even if the parties do not appear at the meeting. <br />
