6. Execution of a Developer's Agreement providing for installation of <br />certain improvements as a condition of subdivision approval. The <br />improvements required by the City are as follows: <br />a) North Stream Road to be constructed per standards for private <br />road serving 5 lots: <br />-Gravel base tc sonsist of 8" of Class 5, 1007 crushed rock <br />-Paved 24" surface of 3" 2341 Bituminous surface <br />b) Private driveway serving Lots 1,2 & 3 to be constructed per <br />engineering plans by Mark S. Gronberg dated June 18, 1986. <br />7. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of <br />$800.00. <br />8. Payment to the the City for the legal review and filing of the <br />plat, easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TIE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the plat of North Stream, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The City shall not issue building permits for Lots 1 and 2 until <br />the driveway serving the existing residence has been removed and the <br />area completely restored per City's approval. <br />2. The City shall not issue building permits for new construction on <br />Lots 1 , 2, 4 & 5 until the gravel base work for North Stream Road has <br />been approved by the City. <br />3. Applicant is hereby advised that per the date of this subdivision <br />approval, the City of Orono's cLrrent lakeshore setback of 75 feet is <br />.effective. The Department of Natural Resources has placed the City on <br />notice that more restrictive setback standards must be adopted by the <br />City at some future date. The setbacks are as follows: <br />-All structures require 200 feet setback from Lydiard Lake <br />-All septic systems require 150 feet setback from Lydiard Lake <br />4. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the <br />Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before December 23, 1986 <br />together with a certified original copy of this Resolution and <br />executed copies of documents noted above. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
