Nordstrom, 541 Spring Hill Road <br />Final Subdivision - Resolution <br />The applicant has fulfilled all conditions of preliminary plat <br />approval. Staff recommends approval of the final plat, North <br />Stream, subject to the findings and conditions set forth in the <br />enclosed staff memo. <br />The applicant has selected the name of North Stream Road for the <br />private road. Staff has found no conflict with existing road <br />name and recommends approval. Applicant must be advised that a <br />fee of $150.0 is required for installation of street sign and <br />stop sign. <br />
